* One Grocery Delivery * just email a list of items you would like to be stocked this is a free service. The cost of items alone will be only charge.
* Free electricity for 1 week * here in mexico charges are based on usage, but after the basic amount of kilowatts used the charges here double then triple depending on usage. This is policy of the state and not determined by Real Ibiza. For longer stays the usage can be checked weekly and is priced at .40/kw over the basic usage. this is very rare.Bermella is equipped with ceiling fans in all rooms as well as power smart Air Conditioning
