* Free electricity for 1 week * here in mexico charges are based on usage, but after the basic amount of kilowatts used the charges here double then triple depending on usage. This is policy of the state and not determined by Real Ibiza. For longer stays the usage can be checked weekly and is priced at .40/kw over the basic usage. this is very rare.Bermella is equipped with ceiling fans in all rooms as well as power smart Air Conditioning
* High Speed WIFI* fiber optic Infintium Internet. Super fast and reliable.
